Freshly Roasted Coffee

QuiLab is more than a coffee shop. We source single-origin beans directly from producers and roast them in small batches at our own workshop. We record the roast curve of every batch and share our tasting notes. Our aim is to take the mystery out of coffee. We explain brewing methods, equipment choices and roast differences in plain language, so you can reach the same cup at home.
