Traceable Beans
We know the farm, altitude and processing method behind every batch we buy. That information is printed on the bag and shown on our menu.
Our Story
QuiLab began in 2026 as a small roastery. Our founders spent years drinking, reading about and experimenting with coffee — and kept seeing good coffee described as needlessly mysterious. We wanted to do the opposite. We buy single-origin beans directly from producers. Fewer intermediaries means better pricing and better traceability: we know which farm, which altitude and which processing method a coffee comes from, and we tell you. We roast in small batches in our own workshop. We record the roast curve for every batch and publish our tasting notes. Helping you understand why you like a coffee — or why you don't — matters more to us than making the sale.

How We Work
We know the farm, altitude and processing method behind every batch we buy. That information is printed on the bag and shown on our menu.
We roast in small batches in our own workshop and serve the beans within the first week after roasting.
We work directly with producers and pay above market price. A lasting partnership matters more to us than a one-off cheap purchase.
We share our brew ratios, grind settings and water temperatures, so you can get the same cup at home.
Pastries and snacks are prepared fresh on site each morning. We favour simple pairings that suit the coffee.
We care more about getting it right than being quick. Every cup is made with the same care, even at the busiest hours.
