We built QuiLab as a single location and, for now, we have chosen to keep it that way. Rather than growing the count, we care about running the one we opened properly. Our roastery shares the same address. On roasting days you'll smell it as you walk in — and you're welcome to walk through the workshop and see the process for yourself.
